Image/Logo not showing in Header when logged out

On 2 of our Pro installations the logos are not appearing in the Header when logged out of WP. As soon as I log in they start showing up. We’re not having the same issue on similar setups with our other Pro installations.

Here are the 2 sites: https://filmbit.de/ & https://kinderdorf-berlin.de/

Hi @okayfactor,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked both of your sites and both have cache plugins installed, this could be simply a caching issue, try clearing out all caches including your browser’s cache and see if this resolves the issue.

If the issue persists then please check for the following first:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

  2. After clearing all caches then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  4. Remove custom CSS and JavaScript (take a backup of custom code first).

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Thanks.

it was indeed the caching Plugin W3 Total Cache. Thanks for the help!

You’re welcome. We’re glad that one of the solutions solved the issue.
