I need to have a image grid which I can filter but also have it link to my slider at the top. Do I need to call each image that’s in the slider by an Java Script function thats linked to the ID of the images in the grid. I want to call each image into the slider like this. I’m also trying to have the lightbox not show up after the grid image is clicked in order to pull the slide I want, instead of the lightbox.

I suggest that you use the Revolution Slider for the main slide at the top and follow the instructions below to add proper links which will trigger that specific slide:

You will not need the Javascript code most probably as our theme does have the function to slide up or down depending on the section which the ID is positioned.
For the grid itself, I suggest that you use the Essential Grids plugin. That plugin does not have a lightbox feature out of the box.
