Image Backgrounds disappeared after update / Buddypress Conflict

Hi, we’ve tried updating to the latest version of X theme but our buddypress pages disappeared so our Web Developer downgraded back to 6.5.5. But the cornerstone plugin is set at ver 4.0.4
It seems all backgrounds and layer dividers disappeared after the update, but when I open them at Cornerstone Edit Page they are still there. I save it but in the live site its still not there,

Thanks for writing in! Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:
- X theme 7.0.4
- Cornerstone 4.0.4

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:

Thanks for the message, we have rolled back Cornerstone to an older version compatible with the old x theme for now and will install updates when a staging site has been made. Will get back to you as soon as a staging site is now made. Thank you,

Sure, please let us know. It could be due to cache as well which may need re-saving the content in the builder.
