iFrame content not showing on Cornerstone

Hi there, we have tried to add content into an iFrame here https://pagetiger.staging.wpengine.com/iframe-test/

However, even though the content shows within Cornerstone (see screen attached). It does not on live.

Please can you help?

Hi there,

The problem is that you are using the Theme version 4.6.4 and Cornerstone version 2.1.7. Those 2 versions are not compatible. Please, backup your website completely and update the theme to version 5.2.5.

HI There, the problem is is that the whole site messes up as soon as we update the theme (see staging now http://pagetiger.staging.wpengine.com). This is why we have not done it. Please advise !

Hi There,

That could be a caching or because of the modifications you made on the child theme, probably it’s the later, you need to update the modifications you made on the child theme to adhere with the latest version.

Or you stick to the old X version 4.6.4, delete the updated Cornerstone (2.1.7). Then reinstall the Cornerstone that is compatible with the X 4.6.4, but navigating to X > Addons.

If you have any caching feature, please clear it after any updates.
