IE 11 - Object doesn't support property or method

Hey team, I trust you’re having an awesome day!
I’ve got an issue with my site in IE 11. The console comes up with:

SCRIPT438: Object doesn’t support property or method ‘parseInt’
x-body.min.js (1,17718)

Looks like a theme issue :frowning: I’m not sure if it’s related, but smooth scrolling for “#” links also doesn’t work in IE. All other browser (including Edge) are fine.

Hey there,

I visited your site using IE 11 and I didn’t experience any issue. There’s also no error in the console. Please clear your browser cache then test again.

Hi @christian_y ,

We experience the same problem.
This is blocking all execution of Javascript on IE11.

As you can see here, the error’s is coming from the x-body:

Is there a fix available?

Hi There,

Thank you for the URL, I see the error on your site but I can not replicate it on my end. Please do a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

We deactivated all plugins and did the same tests in IE11.
As you can see in screenshots beneath, the problem still exists:
