Identical column lengths

Hi There,

I have four columns containing different horizontal sized posters followed by different lengths of text.

I would like to have all the columns conform to a single size based off the longest column of the four, and ideally have it responsive for the break points. Or would I need to enter in different static values for each breakpoint?

Could you explain how I go about achieving this?
