Icon within a Box in Button Element

Hi there,

Is it possible to use the Button-Element in Cornerstone to create a Button similar to this one?

I found that example and some CSS here:

Creative Button Styles

So my idea is to:

• Have the icon aligned on the left-hand side,
• the icon shall be surrounded by a box,
• a thin border on the right-hand side,
• The button text centered or left aligned within the text area, and
• would be also GREAT if I could use a custom icon.

I don’t know if and how I can apply that to the Cornerstone Button element.

Does anyone have an idea?

Hi Andrea,

Thanks for writing in! There’s no inbuilt feature offered in X/Pro theme to achieve those styles. However you can experiment those button styles by adding your CSS rules into your custom CSS area (X -> Theme Options -> CSS).

Basically you need to assign a CSS class into your button and then you can add corresponding CSS rules. Please refer to the following guide to understand it better (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/customizations-implementing-additional-button-colors/206).
