I would like to transfer one of my licenses to a new user

Hello,
If possible I would like to add a new user using one of my purchase codes. If only one user can be associated to a purchase code, I would like to transfer one of my licenses to a new user account. What are my options?

Please kindly get back to us with the Purchase key or keys which you want to be moved using the Secure Note.

We will release those keys from your account and inform you. Then you can use those Purchase Keys to open up a new account.

Et voila! The license has been freed from your account and can now be re-registered by the person of your your choosing. They can now register it when creating their account.
