I purchased a PRO license but my site isn't Using PRO

I have a staging site set up along with a valid key for PRO. For some reason it is not upgrading to PRO and is only using the regular X. I’m not really sure what to do. The key is for https://kloosterfamilydentistrycom.stage.site/ and has been validated but Cornerstone is still activated and when I deactivate it the site is broken. I’m running WP 5.2.3 and X 7.0.4

Thanks for writing in!

I tried checking the website but it’s asking for login credentials. Having said that going through the ticket it seems that you haven’t uploaded Pro Theme files on website. Once you have Pro Theme licence, you need to download Pro Theme from members area and then using WordPress theme uploader Pro Theme needs to be uploaded and activated in order to be able to use Pro Theme.
