Thanks for writing in! Please make sure that the page assigned to display the footer has a footer. You have have used Blank - No Container | Header, No Footer.

And please temporarily disable any caching plugins. They are best to turn ON when you are done building your site. if nothing is working, please provide us access to the site in question so that we can have a closer look.

I see the preview before editing the footer…

But when I click in “Edit” nothing appears.

Thanks for providing the information. I have logged in and investigated the issue. It seems that the plugin Query Monitor is preventing the preview from loading because of the JS error generated by this plugin. I would recommend that you temporarily disable this plugin and test your site again.

Upon checking, it seems that you have deleted the WordPress account, so I could not login into your site.

When you deactivate your plugins, it’s important to clear all caches including browser cache before testing your site (https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-clear-your-cache-in-wordpress/). If possible, test this issue in Incognito mode (https://www.lifewire.com/incognito-mode-google-chrome-4103635).

Also one possible issue could be that you’re running out your allocated memory. If you haven’t increased your memory earlier, try following this guide (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-increasing-php-memory-limit/16935) and re-test your issue again.

If you’re still having issues, please provide us with your WordPress login credentials in a secure note to check your issue further.

I have logged in and edited your footer. There are several errors in the console when loading the footer in the builder. May we have the permission to temporarily deactivate plugins to test for a conflict?

Hi @ignaciosantiago,

Should be working now, I replaced the code <script>document.write(new Date().getFullYear());</script> with just 2019. You shouldn’t use any code with document.write() in it, it will replace everything on the preview of the builder.
