I can't verify my purchase

Initially I uploaded the theme to my bluehost domain. Seeing that it will take me some time to organize X theme how I want it I went to onlinewebshop.net for a staging area. I had both sites listed in Apex. Bluehost as the main link and onlinewebshop for the staging area. I’ve deleted X theme from Bluehost and I’d like to work on my site in onlinewebshop but I can’t verify my purchase through that site. I went back to Apex and changed both links to onlinewebshop and it didn’t change anything.

This is the error I get when I try to verify.

cURL error 7: Failed to connect to theme.co port 443: Connection refused

Connection refused generally your site is unable to contact our server. Is your site behind a security firewall?

Please get in touch with you hosting provider and make sure that:

-Ensure my site can reach this domain: community.theme.co
-Ensure cURL is working, and allow_url_fopen is enabled.
-Ensure PHP is configured with the latest CA Root Certificates.
