I Cant not creat or chance the header in Cornerstore

If I launch the Dashboard of Cornerstore i can only choose
OPTIONS
TEMPLATES
CONTENT
but i have no Icon for Header oder Fooder.

What is the error?

Did you upgrade from X to Pro? Please give us WP Admin and FTP access in a Secure Note so we could check what’s going on.

Hi there,

What is installed and active on your site is X and not Pro.

You will have to get Pro installed and activated so that you could get the Header and Footer builder.

thank you for yout quick help. Now i can edit the Headers. But if i do that i have the error Message
"The preview was unresponsive after loading. This is most often related to a plugin conflict or aggressive page cacheing.

Hello Patric,

Please flush the cache of your plugins and turn off all third party plugins specially the ones related to performance and cache.

Also you can follow this document for a more detailed troubleshooting process.

Let us know how it goes.
