I cant get in Header Section

I cant get in my Header Section

Hello Javier,

Thanks for writing in!

I checked the website https://ratingspa.com/ and can see that you are using latest version of Pro Theme. Please try out following solutions and let us know the outcome:

  1. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  2. Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options or Child Theme and test the case.
  3. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Thank you.

Hello Javier,

Thanks for updating the thread.

Looks like you haven’t shared the login details. Please share the website login details in secure note for us to take a closer look at the setup.

Thanks.

I shared my login

Hi Javier,

Thank you for sharing the credentials. I checked your setup and I see you’re using the version of WooCommerce which is not supported yet, currently the latest supported version is 3.5.7 (see here https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195) and you’ve 3.6.1. Downgrade your WooCommerce version by downloading the supported version of the plugin from here https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/

Let us know how this goes!

I still cant get in. I have 3.5.7 and i cant get in.

Hi Javier,

Do you mind providing us your FTP Login as well in Secure Note

Upon checking, I can see that cornerstone endpoint is returning an error 500 which means that there is a php error.

Can you please set wp debug to TRUE in your wp-config.php file.

By setting it to true, Wordpres will return the exact php error instead of error 500.

Thank you!

i did what you said, i cant share ftp login because it is share.
IS still wrong

Hi @javiermartinez1423,

I saw this error message in the console log:

E_ERROR: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8192 bytes) in /home/ratingsp/public_html/wp-includes/taxonomy.php on line 3403.

It seems you couldn’t change the memory limit via wp-config.php file. Please contact to your hosting provider to increase the WP Memory Limit to 512M:

Let us know how it goes!
