I can not enter to headers, footers or edit pages in Pro

Help!

I’m trying to edit headers, footers and pages but the dashboard doesn’t redirect to the edit page. I can enter to the dashboard, but then when I click in headers or footers nothing happens, it tries to load the edit page, but then it redirects to the previous page. When I click in content, it redirects to the content page, but then when I click on any page it doesn’t load the edit page.

I need urgent help. This is the website of a client that need some changes. This is the URL.

We need your site credentials to check the issue directly. Please share it using a secure note.

For the mean time, let’s to basic troubleshooting. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If it is not cause by a plugin, you may also check your htaccess. See if there’s any redirection code there. If there is none, we will then investigate further.

Thanks for asking. Upon checking the backend, I can spot couple of things. Let me address one at a time:

  1. Pro Version 1.2.3: Looks like you are running Version 1.2.3 of Pro theme. We have maintenance release 1.2.4 that comes with bunch of bug fixes. I suggest you to update Pro. More details can be found in changelog page. https://theme.co/changelog/. Before updating I suggest you to refer our theme update guide:
  1. Error message in browser console: I see following error message on browser console POST http://www.guialibertadores.com/cornerstone-endpoint 500 (Internal Server Error). What that error message tells us is that there’s something in your system preventing cornerstone-endpoint from loading thereby blocking Cornerstone from saving/functioning correctly. If you could contact your host and they should be able to whitelist the Cornerstone endpoint and get this working. https://screencast.com/t/7pKxBGckk
