How come when i installed this theme: http://demo.theme.co/app/ , i am missing the top full page header here?

The top part of the demo that is behind the menu is a revolution slider. Revolution slider plugin should be active before installing the demo for the slider to work as expected. To get the slider, you need to install and activate revslider plugin and reinstall the demo. If you don’t want to install the demo again, just install and activate the plugin and get the zip files of those slider from the following link:

Last question… how do i get the navigation menu links to show up on the slider as seen here:
right now the nav menu links only show up on the bottom of the slider

Thanks for writing in! The slider for that page is assigned via the page’s meta options. If you go to the edit screen for that page in the WordPress backend and scroll down, you’ll see a meta box labeled like so:
Assigning your slider there should have it show up just as the demo is setup. If you find that you’re still having issues after trying this, you may want to try deleting all old demo content (pages, posts, images, sliders, et cetera) and re-importing, this time ensuring that Revolution Slider is installed and activated. If it is, all pages and content will be setup exactly as you see them in the demo.
