our code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.

Please let me know if i am not getting help from Themco is more than two days just i want to validate my code and i am not getting help.
you ask me the validation code and login name and password i give you and until now no any answer.

Thanks for your patience!

It usually takes few times to reply when there is a high volume of tickets.

I can see your site is having SSL means you are having https:// URL but in the license, you have added only http:// in URL. I update the URL now your site has been validated.

I can also see you are using a older version of theme please update it to latest version.
