HTTP to HTTPS cornerstone error

Hello,

After i switched my website for https the cornerstone stopped to work.
I made the changes in Settings > General, both links are in https://www.adfa-portugal.com.
I already deactivate all plugins except cornerstone, and the problem persists.

Thanks in advance

Hi There,

After the miragtion, I recommend you to take a look at this article:

Hope it helps

Thanks for the reply.

I already tried the WP Migrate DB plugin, and nothing new, Cornerstone continues broken.

In cell phones the website/cornerstone works great.

Can you please take a look?

Thanks again
Regards,

Hi @mauriatti,

You mean you can load the builder in cell phones? The reason it’s not working is due to internal server error in which, will be the same regardless of device.

Would you mind providing your FTP login credentials as well? And for the meantime, please change this line in your site’s wp-config.php

define('WP_DEBUG', false);

to this

define('WP_DEBUG', true); define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true); define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);

Then load your builder again (just to trigger the error), then download /wp-content/debug.log files and provide its content in the secure note.

Thanks!

Hello @Rad

Probably i made something wrong, in debug.log dont appear nothing at the moment is empty :frowning: maybe is because i cleared the log before i trigger the cornerstone to see the error?

Hello There,

I can confirm the issue. Could you please update all your theme and plugins? And please re install your WordPress Core as well. If that is not working, please provide us ftp details in a secure note so that we can investigate further and resolved this issue.

Thank you in advance.

Thanks @RueNel but after all the error continue, dont know what to do more :frowning:

Hi @mauriatti,

There is no error being logged as well, just warning and notices. Perhaps, you can restore your site to when it was still working without HTTPS? Maybe something is damaged along with that process.

Then once it’s working again, you can clone your site to staging (a sub-domain copy of your live site) then try setting SSL and HTTPS there. You can try installing All in one migration plugin to export your live site as a file, then import it to your sub-domain Wordpress installation using the same plugin. I like to turn off everything from your site including HTTPS but it’s a live one and it may contribute to the issue.

Thanks!

Thanks @Rad,

i think i discovered where is the problem, now when i deactivate Slider Revolution and The Grid plugins, the cornerstone works fine, the error is something about with this plugins.

Hi,

I checked and it seems the home page is the only one having this issue.

When I tried to set other page as homepage the original homepage with the grid and slider works fine.

Try to install this third party plugin and do a search and replace

search for: http://www.adfa-portugal.com
replace with https://www.adfa-portugal.com

Hope that helps
