Thanks for asking and extremely sorry for the trouble you facing with Cornerstone. Since you have rolled back the website to earlier version, it’s difficult to debug the issue. In that regards here is what I can suggest and because it’s a live website, will it be possible for you to setup a staging server and then perform the update process? And if you face same or any other issue please share the login details in a secure note. That way we can resolve the problems (if any) without affecting the live website.
