HTML5 layer is not showing up

Hello,

I have been scouring the web for information on this without luck, so I am opening a ticket.

I am creating a slider using an HTML5 MP4 in my library. I click to add a layer and select the location of the video. When I click close, nothing happens. A new layer does not appear. I included screenshots below of the steps I am taking. Perhaps I am missing something obvious and just don’t see it?.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Something seems wrong, your button says Add this Audio instead of Add this Video for a HTML 5 video layer. Please check if you’ve added the Video Layer and not the Audio Layer. If the settings are correct then please check for the following first:

1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
