How to use cornerstone plugin for website template

I was confused when using the cornerstone plugin for my website, blank template options like the following screenshot (https://prnt.sc/kx4d45) are not available on my website, so that my website header cannot be replaced (https://prnt.sc/kx4djt)

Please see if you are able to change the template by opening the page in WordPress editor and under Page Attributes > Templates.

In case you are not able to change the template, please try following solutions:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list here. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. Click here for more information.
  2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Hi there,

Thanks for the credentials. I checked your site and I see you’re not using X but only Cornerstone. Please note that the templates are the part of the theme not the Cornerstone. If you use X then all of the templates will be available (see screenshot).

So I have to buy another X theme (http://prntscr.com/kx8vzq) to be able to use Cornerstone on my website?

Thanks for updating the thread.

Templates are a part of the theme. It does not come with standalone version of Cornerstone. In your case, you will have to purchase a fresh copy of X Theme.
