Are you referring to the demo content templates or page content templates?

And if you want the templates for your content, presets or header, you can make use of the template manager: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/template-manager/20364

Hi, thanks for your reply.

I uploaded a third party free template successfully into the template manager. I thought that it would be available to use under Page>Template dropdown But it’s not there.

I believe that the page template that you are talking is in the Page Attribute Template .

You could follow the thread below on how to create or add another page template:
