How to manually insert google analytics?

hI: just try to paste the google analytics script on “functions.php” of my child X theme… but stil no success.

any idea how to insert this ?

no luck… may i sent my file to check?

note that i have a functions.php not function.php

Hi Mauro,

Instead of using a custom function, please install the Google Analytics extension for adding your Google analytics tracking ID.

Copy tracking ID

And paste it on the Google Analytics extension, under X > Google Analytics

You can install extensions under X > Validation > Extensions
