The option to import the demo content is not available in the latest version x theme pro 2.3.5
i want to import the http://demo.theme.co/app/ into a page and use it as a landing page can you please help
If i have to design it from scratch it beats the point of buying a theme .

X Demo import has never been a part of Pro even since it was called X Pro back then. Pro has a Header and Footer Builder so its templating engine is different from X. Pro has its own Design Cloud where you can pick page and element designs. For more details, please see https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/template-manager/20364
If you need an X demo, what other users do is they install and activate X, import a demo and then switch back to Pro. This is not something that we support but this is currently possible.
