How to import shortcodes into cornerstone?

Hi,

I had to migrate my site but had trouble with using the migration plugin so couldn’t do it that way.

I ended up just copying all the shortcodes on my pages that were created after using cornerstone to build my pages.

When I copy the shortcodes into the WYSWIG text tab, the site appears like it did before, but nothing shows in cornerstone. Just wondering if I can have all my elements restored somehow without having to rebuild everything?
