I have a particular page that I want certain logos/banners to populate in the sidebar - how would I do this? I can’t seem to add any elements to the sidebars on pages to add images, text etc.

You will need to use the Unlimited Sidebars feature to create a new sidebar or widget area an assign it to a specific page. You can then populate the sidebar with your images.
