How to display all posts with pagination?

Hello.

Please look at my homepage that I’m working on in Cornerstone:

As you can see, I’ve left the left side under Recent posts for recent posts. If you take a look at my current website:
https://yourcollegeblog.com/, you’ll see that the homepage is a list of 10 recent posts with a pagination at the bottom.

How can I add the same thing onto my the new homepage I’m working on in Cornerstone? Please be detailed in your answer, I’ve been struggling with this whole Cornerstone thing for almost 40 hours straight now
