Is there any way to disable the individual portfolio item pages? I only want the portfolio page with sortable images.

Please add this code in the custom CSS:

.page-template-template-layout-portfolio .entry-thumb, .entry-title-portfolio a {
    pointer-events: none;
    cursor: default;
}
