How to create a fixed header that is transparent until browser starts to scroll downwards

How can i make my header nav bar go from transparent to filled when the browser begins to scroll downwards?

Example in secret note.

Hi @JDRDigital,

Thank you for writing in, on your header make 2 bars. The first bar is your static bar navigation with transparent background-color.

Now the second bar will be your fixed bar navigation, with an opaque background-color. Set this bar to be a Sticky Bar and Hide Initially
