Thanks for writing in! There are many plugins available, however you can try WP Migrate DB to backup and restore operations. Basically you can follow our guide here as well to get an idea (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/cornerstone-content-builder-migration/126).

Hello,

I see this is for a migrate, but I just want to have a back-up saved on my computer in case my site crashes. I’m not migrating my site somewhere new.

Hi There,

Even though the guide is for migration, you can still get the database backup using that plugin and restore MySQL to your current site as well.
