basically , i wish to add them and copy the behaviour. I mean they stay always on the screen of the browser even you are scrolling down. Thanks for your help . I must do it the x theme .I do not have enough knowledge to use Pro version .

Regretfully, this would require much custom development in X and that is outside the scope of our support. You need to use Pro for this. It was created to give users more layout controls including the one you wish to achieve.
