How to add slider over the whole site

I have a WP site developed by someone else. The site has pages in two different languages. Each version/language of the site has a specific slider revolution on.
I’d like to know how I can define the slider revolution which goes on all the pages of the site. I mean the same slider to go on all the pages for a specific language, and another slider to go on pages for the other language.
