How to add featured image posts with slider in header?

I want to add featured image posts as shown in the following image.

And I also want to show same post feed like shown in the image, thumbnail to the left and post title and the short description to the right on home page.

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your site and I noticed that most of your posts does not have any featured image. Please edit each of your post and insert a featured image. To know how, please check this out:

In your screenshot, this can be achieve if you are using Ethos stack. This is the same as our Ethos 1 standard demo which you can find here: http://demo.theme.co/ethos-1/

You must change the stack in your site because right now you are using Integrity and it has a different layout design which not the same as the above screenshot. Please go to X > Theme Options > Stacks and select Ethos. You can enable the post carousel and the post slider in Ethos options.
