How To Activate X With LiquidWeb Stencils Without Multiple Purchases

I want to use X as the base theme for customer websites. I offer them 6 design options. I want to develop all 6 options using X (none of the 6 sites will be live, they will be staging sites) then when customer makes purchase, I will get a new X license to activate for their website. Is there a way to do this?
