How do you insert pro templates? I install them in design cloud and then when I am on my web page and click load template it isn’t there.

Thank you for writing in, which template from the design cloud did you install? Please keep in mind that there are 4 types of template:
Header Templates – Which to be used on the Header builder.
Footer Templates - Which to be used on the Footer builder.
Preset Templates – All control settings/styling for an individual Element
Content Templates – This is the template that you’ll be going to use on your page content.
