Hello Hans,

Thanks for writing in!

If you are creating a custom footer, please insert a bar with three containers. In each of the containers, you can insert a headline and text element for your text contents.

I am not sure what is happening with your header. Would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look?

To do this, you can create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

To know how to create a secure note, please check this out: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/how-to-get-support/288

Thank you.

I just tested it out to do that disposition of the rows, to see if it was Easy to do with no Problems.

i Ran into some problems.

How do i fix this Problem?

Hey Hans,

It looks like you have a fixed height bars in your footer. Please try setting the Height of your Footer Bars to auto. Type the word auto in the field.

Regarding your header, the logo and button are squeezed because of the length of your menu. One solution to that is to remove some of your menu items to shorten the menu. Another is to replace the Navigation Inline element with a Navigation Collapsed or Navigation Layered element starting from the screen size having this problem down to smaller screens. You can do that using the Hide During Breakpoints feature. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/hide-during-breakpoint-explained/17378

If you still have issues, please deactivate the Under Construction mode so we could check the setup of your site. Alternatively, you can give us your site’s WordPress Login URL, Username and Password in a Secure Note.

Thanks.

Thank you very much for the help i let you know how it goes.

In the mean time i need some help to remove one of these scroll bars, how do i do that?

Thanks.

Hey Hans,

The number 1 cause of double scrollbars in our theme is if the content of a container overflows or is higher than the container’s height. It’s usually happens in the Footer because the Bar has a default fixed height. Please try setting the Footer Bar’s Height to auto as suggested previously.

If that doesn’t help, disable the Maintenance Mode in your site and give us the specific URL so we could see the issue and what is causing it.

Thanks.

It worked.

back to the previous question, it worked but i cannot click on the menu options.

how do i setup so i can click on them and customize it like these guys have:

Hey Hans,

To make the links clickable, please use Navigation Inline element in your footer containers. You can create menus for each heading and assign it to each of your Navigation Inline element. As a starter I’d recommend you to download a Footer Template (Mail: http://demo.theme.co/designcloud/footers/mail/) from Design Cloud (see https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/template-manager/20364) that has a similar setup, just delete the form bar and then checkout how the clickable links are added in there using Navigation Inline element.

Cheers!

Thank you for the help, I let you know if I have more questions
