I want to create the same kind of header with link to my content as in this template - http://demo.theme.co/ethos-2/ - how do i do so? do i need a pro licens?

Hi There,
On Cornerstone, you can click on each section, and on the left tab you will find a box for ID
Please add an id to each section you want to link to.
You can add for example : my-section-1
Than go to Appereance > Menus > Add Custom Links and link to #my-section-1
