How Do I Create A Template?

I am looking to create a template for 5 or 6 of our pages. Basically I want it to be able to say have the header, footer, two columns, and setup the format for where the titles will go, images, and the content.

How do I create the above template?

Thanks for writing in! You may use Cornerstone to create the page with Blank - No Container | Header, Footer or Blank - Container | Header, Footer page template. You can then save this page as a Cornerstone template so that you can re used it in other new pages.
