How can i create just 1 page and have the same content on both ( Desktop and Mobile ), but just different settings?

Thanks for writing in!

Yes, you can have same content with different settings for mobile and desktops. For that you can use Hide During Breakpoint feature under Customize > Setup > Hide During Breakpoint of each elements.

Using Hide During Breakpoint you can have separate elements for Desktop and Mobile devices while retaining the same content with different settings. To learn more please take a look at following resource.
