I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Essential Grid plug in and this message is still appearing:

Hi Angela,

Thanks for writing! You don’t have to validate any of our plugins that comes X/Pro (also called as bundled plugins). You only need to validate X/Pro theme, in order to install those extensions.

You can check our version information here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195) and see if you’re using the latest X/Pro compatible versions on your site. If you’re using different version, you need to update them as well (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62).

You can safely ignore those notifications under your bundled plugins. If you need to use their premium features or direct customer support, you need to purchase their license separately.
