Help with importing demo content

Hi there,

I’m trying to import Gym demo content but i get following error :

X Demo Importer failure {message: "We're sorry, the demo failed to finish importing.", debug_message: "Forbidden|http://demo.theme.co/gym/wp-content/uplo…uilding-gym-muscle-physique-weights-workout-1.jpg", debug: null}

I tried clearing cache following KB and also increased memory limit in wp-config by adding following lines :
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

please help me install demo content.

Hi there,

It seems that there is a problem with your file permissions. Please make sure that PHP can write to the WordPress root directory on your server. To find out more about the correct permissions please read this article.

Alo, I suggest that you read the Troubleshooting section of this article.

For both cases that I gave you might need to contact your hosting service provider and get help from them.
