TRIED UPDATING YOUR THEME AND ALL TEXT HAS VANISHED.
UNINSTALLD VC TRIED ADDING IT ON THE ADDONS AND KEP CRASHING!
CLEARED CASCHE AND STILL HAVING ISSUES.
IT WONT LET ME UPDATE VC AND CRASHES EVERYTIME I TRY TP UPDATE THE MAIN WP CORE.

I have investigated this issue further and found out JCH Optmize Pro plugin is causing this issue. I have purged your server cache and disabled the plugin and now your content seems to be rendering properly.
With regard to Visual Composer update issue, you can ignore that notice safely as we haven’t pushed that update to our repository. You can check the latest X compatible version numbers from the following link.

SO mvung forward when I update, I shouldnt have any issues?
Also how do we update as I find it confusing… Do I update WO core first, then your theme (using the envate toolkit) and plugins in your add in items?
I know you have your changelog but its not clear and simple for us… Is there just a sample page explaind a step by step process?
ALso, should I update to wordpress 4.8.1?

Yes you can update to Wordpress 4.81
The order of the updates does not make difference, it is reccomended to have your WP installation theme and plugins updated to the latest version.
Once your theme is validated you can perform all the updates on your Wp Admin Dashboard > Updates.
Just make sure to turn off CACHE, Performance and security plugins during the update to prevent problems during the update.
