Help fixing double scrolling bars

I’m still having this problem and it’s been weeks. I feel like I’ve tried everything. I’ve had another form opened with the same problem and I tried everything that was suggested and it didn’t work. Can anyone help me fix this? On my site there are two different side scrolling bars on the side of every one of my pages. They are both interfering with each other. How do I fix this problem? Thank you!

Hi Tyler,

I’ve changed the height of bar in your footer from 6em to auto and the second bar has disappeared:

I’ve also added the top & bottom padding for that bar so the spacing looks good now.
