To achieve that, you can select Static Top as Navbar Position under Theme Options > Header > Navbar

I can see you have added some custom CSS for the nav bar, which is causing the issue to stick the header on top.
As you are using Pro, I would suggest you create the header using header builder instead of adding too much custom CSS.
