Headlines and Images not visible (still)

Hey everyone,

I’m still having Troubles with a Homepage using X.

I already wrote in for some support and your support staff kindly gave me a nice reply. Unfortunately the initial thread is already closed (unfortunately it took me almost ages to get my provider to update the PHP Version). "I just updated to the latest version of X (from 4.6?) and now, although it seems that all content is still there, no headlines or images are visible. When I edit the page with the page builder, i still can select every content which is supposed to be there, but it’s just not visible.

However, the problem is still occuring although PHP is now 7.0, so I’d appreciate a lot if you could help me out.

Hi @bouncingsoul,

Thanks for writing in.

The problems that I could see in your setup is that your X theme is not updated while your cornerstone is updated to the latest version. Both should be updated to the latest version.

Another problem that I could see is that there is a script conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
