Header problem

Although there is a header that is set as global, there are some pages that showing a different header ?

Hi,

I checked our issue tracker but can’t find a similar problem.
I also tried on my test sites and can’t replicate it.

Can you provide us the exact url of the page where we can see the issue.

For the mean time, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Thanks

This is one of the pages url that shows the different header

in the following img is the global header that is suppose to show.

Hey @alonmg,

That page does not exist.

Please also update Pro to the latest version first and ensure that you have not assigned those pages to your other headers. Though you have a global header, it is possible to assign other headers to specific pages.

Once you have done what I’ve said above, please give us WordPress Admin access in a Secure Note so we could check your setup.

Thanks.
