I have a X version and when I hover over X theme and press LAUNCH I just have 3 options on the launch screen "Options, Templates and Content.
Please help me, I have the latest version updated.

Header and Footer builders are not available in X. They’re Pro features. You might want to upgrade to Pro. Go to https://theme.co/apex/dashboard and look for this notification to see if you’re eligible for free conversion.
