The Cornerstone header editor is hanging on open and will load when chrome inspector is open. Cornerstone will load when editing content but not headers. Also assignment list does not populate with new pages. Getting the Cornerstone-endpoint 500 error. I have deactivated almost all plugins. dev2.capitalfundingfinancial.com

Thanks for writing in! Upon testing your issue, I can confirm the fatal error when loading your header builder.
One most common issue would be that, you may running out of your PHP memory allocated. Could you please try increasing your PHP memory limit by following this guide (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-increasing-php-memory-limit/16935) and re-test your issue further.
If you’re still having issues, please enable WP_DEBUG mode on your WordPress site and re-test to see if you’re getting any error messages.
In case if you cannot isolate this issue, please provide us with your FTP login credentials in a secure note to investigate your issue further.

Awesome, that worked to address the issue of it not loading however we still have the issue where new pages are not in the assignment list on the right.

It turns out that you have 3189 posts and the maximum display is at 2500 max items only. This is why not one of the pages is displayed in the right side. This has been reported to our developers already so that they maybe able to increase the max items in the next update releases.
