Header and Footer not showing on a new page

Hi, hopefully quite a straightforward issue. When I create a new page, it does not add the header and footer to the page, even though ‘all pages’ is set for both the header and footer. I am using Pro and it is on the latest version.

Please make sure that you have assigned the header as a global header. I have recorded a screencast that you can take a look. https://cl.ly/3E46261O122E

If the header is already Global in that case please do the following:

1.Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
2. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.
3. Make sure that you’re running at least PHP v5.6.x or later to avoid any WordPress related incompatibility issues. If you’re not sure what your server configurations and settings are, install a plugin like WP-Serverinfo (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-serverinfo/) and check your server info by head over to Dashboard -> WP Serverinfo area.
4. If you’re using any caching plugins, make sure to purge your server cache and disable them temporarily. - If you’re using a service like CloudFlare, make sure to disable auto minification. I have tried the 4 steps listed above and the issue still persists. I have saved the details as requested in the Secure Note. Please let me know if you need any further details.

Hi There,

Please edit your PMB Projects page and change the template to No Container | Header, Footer, right now it was set to No Container | No Header, No Footer that is why it is not showing a header nor footer.
