Suspect this happened post updates but the mobile menu is no longer opening the menu on mobile or on browser window when the window is minimised to mobile size - the hamburger menu is dead.

I see that yo are using X Theme version 6.0.4 which is incompatible with version of Cornerstone that you have 3.5.4. Please update X Theme to avoid any compatibility issues.
