Grid displaying error instead of images

Hello!

We’ve set up several image galleries with Grid on this website and they all work great EXCEPT the two newest grids that we added yesterday. Although each has several media library images categorized and published properly, they each display the error message “No post was found with your current grid settings. You should verify if you have posts inside the current selected post type(s) and if the meta key filter is not too much restrictive.”

We’ve tried deleting the grid and creating a new one, deleting the image category and creating a new one of those, and neither option makes any difference. We also tried assigning images to each grid by using Tags, rather than Categories, but it gave the same error message.

Old media library images CAN be categorized to the new grid and will show up properly, but not the new images we uploaded this week. Additionally, the new images uploaded this week will not show up under ANY category’s grid, old or new.

Any ideas?

Sure thing! Just added the login info.

Hello @richardcreative,

Since you are using a custom grid, you can always handpick which images you want to display in the grid.
It is best that you remove the “Category/Taxonomy terms” filter. This is mostly useful when you are dealing with Posts and Custom Post types as your source of the grid.

Hope this helps.
